Sarah’s main interest is in rehabilitation; she strives to support your goals and help you reach your full potential in living your life as independently as possible. Having qualified in 1994, she has over 30 years of experience working across different settings with many individuals and conditions including elderly rehabilitation, Dementia, Stroke (CVA), Head Injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Amputees, Oncology, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoporosis.
We can give professional advice regarding your individual concerns with:

Access advice
Private Assessments and Home Visits available
We can give informal advice when calling or visiting the shop and Sarah is also available for appointments and assessments in your own home or a nursing / care setting if needed.
